Conduit Detection At Bank of America
- Albuquerque, New Mexico

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems recently mobilized in Albuquerque, New Mexico to scan a designated area of 75’x2’ for any possible utilities or conduits in the slab at the Bank of America. The customer wanted to locate anything that was in the slab, especially conduits, because they were going to be saw cutting a trench. The Albuquerque GPRS office scanned the designated areas and found both conduits and utilities that were in the slab. The information provided allowed Richardson & Richardson to avoid hitting anything while the saw cutting was being done. Because precautions were taken, no conduits hit and the construction site remained safe.
