Concrete Analysis For Sorensen Residential Appraisals - New Mexico

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. (GPRS) was called to scan the concrete at the home of Jeff Sorensen. He wanted to know if there was any reinforcing steel in multiple locations to confirm that the home was built according to the plans. Using ground penetrating radar, GPRS found that was no evidence supporting the presence of any reinforcing steel in the regular slab or the existing footers. The areas that were scanned were outlined with marker to show that they had been scanned and marked with an “X”. This was to show that there wasn’t anything in the slab. With the information presented Jeff will decide whether or not to advance in his decision of whether or not to take the builder of his home to court.
